| CWL is a place for women to discuss and dialogue about the challenges they face in the business world of today. This event series, called Conversations with Women Leaders (CWL), was started in September 2007. CWL is offered 4 times a year on different topics of interest to women in the business world. The Event is designed to promote stimulating discussion and action about many of the issues faced today by current, high potential and emerging women leaders. |
| CWL provides an open space for women leaders to learn about best practices, discuss leadership dilemmas and discover how other women have overcome hurdles and have succeeded. |

CWL Events will also provide an occasion for women to uncover what may be stopping them or impeding their performance, as well as to network with other successful women professionals. Ultimately, CWL offers opportunities for women to gain wisdom and finesse at influencing events, outcomes and people. We discuss different topics and business issues at each event. You will want to attend multiple CWL events. Events include a panel discussion by established successful Philadelphia area leaders. |
